* * * * * Even though I.O.S. specializes in “audio production services for business” our founder has over twenty years of telecommunications expertise that allows us to offer clients great value on select phone systems and adjunct capabilities, such as voice-mail with automated attendant. Our focus is on brand new "current version" phone systems and accessories. These systems start to reach economic viability with as few as 3 lines and 6 phones and can be configured to handle your growth no matter how successful you plan on becoming!

We'll start by sizing and configuring your system with you. Perhaps one of our three Panasonic Systems will be a perfect match! They include the KX-TA308 (with up to 3 lines and 8 phones), the KX-TA824 (with up to 8 lines and 24 phones), and the KX-TA1232-2 model (with up to 12 lines and 32 phones). If one of these systems suits your needs then you will be pleasantly surprised at how economical and feature rich these telecommunications platforms are. If it turns out that you require a higher level of sophistication than we can provide directly then we can offer our consulting service, which will allow you to have your own telecomm expert with over twenty years of experience working directly on your behalf.
Optionally, you may add voice mail with automated attendant functionality, Caller ID, door intercoms, DSS/BLF consoles (Direct Station Selection with Busy Lamp Field), music-on-hold services, wireless, as well as many other desirable features. We have provided a “sample configuration” just so you can get a feel for the value you will receive for your investment with us. Our pricing does not include installation since that will fluctuate based upon the actual location and the facilities that are (or are not) already in-place. Panasonic Phone System KX-TA824 TURN YOUR PHONE SYSTEM INTO A PROFIT CENTER for UNDER $3K!
In this example you are examining a brand new (and the most current model) of a Panasonic KX-TA824 phone system with full manufacturer’s warranty. This is not a "stripped down" package! We have equipped it for 5 lines and up to 16 extensions and it can still be expanded up to 8-lines and 24 extension ports. We’ve also equipped it with a DISA/FAX card, Caller ID on the 1st three lines, the most current phones available (i.e. the 7700 series), one expansion card that increases the KSU (key service unit) from a 4-line and 8-extension system to a 8-line and 16-extension system, PLUS a FULLY CUSTOMIZED MESSAGE-ON HOLD PROGRAM and our #1 rated ELE-2020 playback unit! (A $469 VALUE!) We've also configured the phones as if you had a typical 10-person office. (i.e. two executive phones, one for the conference room or receptionist and one for the manager, seven fully featured phones for your employees and one basic phone for a location where a phone is needed but not used full-time.)
DISA - Off-Premises Call Forwarding: This means that you can program the 824 system to forward your calls to your cellular phone or to any other outside phone number so you don't miss a call while you're away from the office!
Fax Detection: In short, this means that faxes can be directed to your main listed telephone number and be handled automatically whenever fax tone is detected using one of your existing business lines instead of the dedicated line that you're using now. At $50 a month for the phone line that equates to $600 per year... (every year) just to have a fax machine that will sit idle most of the time!

Fully integrated Voice Mail and Automated Attendant capabilities may be added at anytime via the KX-TVA50. (Please note that each port on this system utilizes one of the available extension ports.) This system has been configured with plenty of capacity for the voice mail with automated attendant add-ons.

Note: We have purposefully left out a DSS/BLF Console (Direct Station Selection with Busy Lamp Field Console) but this is a great add-on if you have a central answering point and expect a high volume of calls. The DSS/BLF allows the receptionist to instantly view the status of all phones and optimizes caller pass through to your employees.
